Hi, I’m Lindsay!
I’m honored that you’ve stopped by. I’m deeply passionate about helping people build secure, authentic, and meaningful relationships. As an attachment-based therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and patterns. I work with clients throughout Texas, Washington, South Carolina, and Florida. My approach is highly relational because research shows that the therapeutic bond is one of the strongest predictors of client success. Together, we process your experiences and uncover your own truths, creating space for growth, insight, and lasting change.

Why Attachment-Based Therapy?
I’ve always been fascinated by relational dynamics and how our early experiences shape the way we connect with others. Relationships provide some of the most meaning and fulfillment in our lives, yet few of us are taught what healthy, secure connections look like. Attachment-based therapy helps identify patterns in your relationships, fosters greater self-awareness, and supports breaking generational cycles.
This work has been transformative in my own life, deepening my understanding of myself and my relationships. That personal insight fuels my passion for guiding clients toward more secure, authentic, and fulfilling connections.
A Little About Me
I’m originally from Washington state, and I completed my Psychology degree at Baylor University, where I also played on the Women’s Soccer Team. I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University.
I’ve lived in Austin, TX, and after visiting Hilton Head Island several times, I felt the Lowcountry calling. I love the natural beauty here — the beaches, wildlife, and hiking paths. Outside of therapy, I enjoy exercising, traveling, reading fiction, getting together with friends, and spending quality time with my husband and cat.
