Relationship Issues

The quality of our relationships has been scientifically proven to have the greatest impact on our overall happiness. Therefore, I believe the most fulfilling and meaningful work that we can do as individuals is learn how to create healthy, secure, and meaningful relationships. However, no one teaches us how to cultivate effective and healthy relationships. We don't take any classes on it in school and often only learn from parental models and through trial and error within our own relationships. This can lead to many people recreating unhealthy patterns that they've seen within their family system because they don't know that a different way is possible.
