build security & strengthen connection
You want to have a secure & connected relationship, but still struggle with old patterns that are holding you back?
is this you?
→ Are you running into the same communication barriers over and over again?
→ Are you struggling to find resolution during conflict?
→ Do you find yourself withdrawing from one another when you’re wishing to be closer?
→ Are you finding intimacy to be difficult and you’re wondering how to prioritize it within your relationship?
→ In conflict, does one of you often withdraw, while the other one pursues and tries to force continued conversation, leading to a persistent pattern?
→ Do you struggle to trust one another due to past hurts or betrayals?
→ Do you find yourself focusing on your differences rather than your commonalities?
→ Are you desiring to feel close to eachother again?
It’s time for a change
Ready to have a healthy & happy relationship?
Our relationships are foundational to our overall health, happiness and well-being. However, we often have not seen ideal models of how to build a secure, healthy, and fulfilling relationship. Therefore, we can run into obstacles around communication, conflict resolution, and connection building. These can lead to feeling disconnected, frustrated, and drifting apart. If you are in a relationship where you continue to hit walls in communication and conflict resolution, but feel passionately about growing and improving your relationship then we may be a good fit for couple’s therapy.
I enjoy working with couples of all types (married, unmarried, premarital, and nontraditional). Relationships can be complex, but partners who are truly committed to the process can overcome obstacles, trauma, and past wounds to build more healthy and fulfilling partnerships.
𑁍 My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally sensitive. 𑁍
In couples therapy, we will:
✿
Explore the patterns that are holding you back and how to create healthy ones that lead to greater closeness, intimacy, and security.
✿
Address your concerns and practice conflict in a way that brings your closer rather than pushing you further apart.
✿
Determine your goals for your relationship and take action toward making them a reality.

I am an in network provider for Aetna.
For all other insurances, I am an out of network provider, so I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a receipt of therapy services for you to file with your insurance for possible reimbursement. However, I encourage you to call your insurance provider first to see if you have coverage for my services on your plan.

I have a range of available time slots, open on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I work Monday-Thursday and have a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening availability depending on the day. During our consultation I will let you know what times are available.

There is no rule to determine how long our time together will last. My couples clients end therapy on their own terms when they feel confident that they are ready to move on. I tend to see folks over an extended period of time, beginning with weekly appointments and tapering sessions down from there.
This is how you get started with couples therapy:
Schedule a free 20 minute Zoom consultation to learn more about what it would be like to work together and see if we would be a good fit for couples therapy.
01
After our consultation, if we determine that we would like to move forward with working together we will get ongoing sessions scheduled.
02
Together, we will begin the work to create the relationship that you want for yourselves and start taking steps to make it a reality.
