I am committed to providing a supportive space to all group members regardless of their various intersectional identities. I ask that all group members address our differences with respect and curiosity. There may be instances in which you, other group members, or myself will be challenged to address our preconceived views of people and the world. It is my belief that this is crucial to the group therapy process.
Reach out to schedule a free 20 minute Zoom consultation where we will discuss the group, answer all questions you may have, and determine if it’s a good fit to move forward.
This is how you get started with group therapy:
01
If we determine it’s a good fit, you will be sent out your group paperwork and upon filling it out your spot will be reserved in the group.
