  • This group will be ongoing, meeting on a weekly basis.

  • All of my therapy services begin with a free 20 minute consultation. Scheduling the pre-group consultation is not a commitment to join the group. To schedule a consult, you can fill out the contact form below or email me at lindsayburnscounseling@gmail.com.

  • I am committed to providing a supportive space to all group members regardless of their various intersectional identities. I ask that all group members address our differences with respect and curiosity. There may be instances in which you, other group members, or myself will be challenged to address our preconceived views of people and the world. It is my belief that this is crucial to the group therapy process.

This is how you get started with group therapy:

01

Schedule a free 20 minute Zoom consultation where we will discuss the group, answer all questions you may have, and determine if it’s a good fit to move forward.

If we determine it’s a good fit, you will be sent your group paperwork and upon filling it out your spot will be reserved in the group.

We get started in group and begin our work all together toward greater self-compassion, self-worth, and security.
