For all other insurances, I am an out of network provider, so I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a receipt of therapy services for you to file with your insurance for possible reimbursement. I have a range of available time slots, open on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I work Monday-Thursday and have a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening availability depending on the day. During our consultation I will let you know what times are available.

There is no rule to determine how long our time together will last. My clients end therapy on their own terms when they feel confident that they are ready to move on. I tend to see folks over an extended period of time, beginning with weekly or bi-weekly appointments and tapering sessions down from there.
